主要研究方向为植物活性成分的提取及其综合利用,农产品中农药残留检测及食品工程技术。主持了四川省教育厅项目、教育部CSC项目和哈尔滨工业大学优秀博士国际学术交流基金一项,参与了国家自然科学基金面上项目、农业成果转化基金项目、中小企业创新基金项目、国家外专局高端外专项目、哈尔滨市科技攻关重点项目、国家水处理与水环境国家重点实验室开放基金重点项目等国家和省部级科研项目。

1、教学方面 

教学上承担本科生《化工原理》、《食品工程原理》等课程的理论及实践教学。

主要研究方向为植物活性成分的提取及其综合利用,农产品中农药残留检测及食品工程技术。主持了四川省教育厅项目、教育部CSC项目和哈尔滨工业大学优秀博士国际学术交流基金一项,参与了国家自然科学基金面上项目、农业成果转化基金项目、中小企业创新基金项目、国家外专局高端外专项目、哈尔滨市科技攻关重点项目、国家水处理与水环境国家重点实验室开放基金重点项目等国家和省部级科研项目。
