三、科研与成果

研究方向:

1)食药同源植物和真菌的糖类活性物质基础及其质量评价新方法研究;

2)食药同源植物的天然抗氧化活性物质基础研究;

3)食用真菌的发酵培养,及其活性物质分离、鉴定等;

科研项目:

参与国家自然科学基金、澳门科学技术发展基金等4项纵向课题研究,以及校企横向合作科研项目4项。目前,主持四川农业大学“优秀人才”科研启动经费1项。
