个人简介

胡亮,硕士生导师,丹麦奥胡斯大学公派联合培养博士,美国密苏里大学访问学者。主要从事食品营养与健康领域研究,主持或主研国家自然科学基金、省自然科学基金等省部级以上科研项目8项,发表学术论文50余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Journal of Animal Science and BiotechnologyBritish Journal of NutritionEuropean Journal of Nutrition等杂志发表论文17篇,h指数为18,获授权专利4项,获国家科技部社会力量大北农科技成果二等奖1项。
